You Matter, Too! Mindfulness for Caregivers Slated  in Sarasota and Venice
You Matter, Too! is an exciting new 8-week Mindfulness Program for Caregivers providing tools to deal with stress, improve self-care and build resiliency. Offered by the Friendship Centers' Caregiver Resource Centers and Moment Health™, it begins June 6 in Sarasota and and June 7 in Venice. 
Aging Mastery Program Underway at The Friendship Center
Aging Mastery®, a popular five-week course designed to help you create your own path for aging well is underway through June 14  at The Friendship Center in Sarasota. A Spring Celebration with a Touch of Jazz April 24
The Sarasota Concert Band and The Friendship Centers invite you to ‘A Spring Celebration with a Touch of Jazz’  from 2- 4 pm on Sunday, April 24, at The Friendship Center, 1888 Brother Geenen Way, Sarasota. Tickets, priced at $10, include refreshments, and are available in advance at The Friendship Center,  at the door the day of the concert, or online here.
